Katie Allston is the Executive Director of Marian House, a transitional and permanent housing program serving homeless women in Baltimore, Maryland. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a field instructor with the University of Maryland School of Social Work, Katie holds a Master's degree in Social Work, with a clinical concentration in Substance Abuse from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The College of William & Mary Most recently Katie was presented the 2012 SmartCEO Brava Award. She is also a wife and the mother of two children ages five and nine.

Robert Bossarte is the Director for the Epidemiology Program in VA's Office of Public Health and holds a faculty appointment in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester. His research focuses on suicide prevention and other high-risk behaviors, with an emphasis on understanding the associations between community characteristics and individual behaviors.
Kim Bullock is Associate Professor, Director of Community Health Division and Fellowships in Family Medicine, and the Assistant Director of Service-Learning, in the Department of Family Medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine, Washington DC. She is also a practicing physician and Director, Ambulatory Emergency Services Emergency Department, Providence Hospital, Washington, DC. She and Dr. Jackson often collaborate on issue related to children, families and community needs.
Meagan Cusack is a Project Manager for the VA National Center on Homelessness Among Veterans. Current projects include coordinating the HUD-VASH Exit Study and Pathways into Homelessness Among Iraq and Afghanistan Era Veterans study as well as providing support for the Annual Homelessness Assessment Report (AHAR) and collaborating on the development of training materials and tools for the Homelessness Analytics Application. Prior to joining the Center, Meagan held research positions at the University of Texas at Austin and Portland State University. She holds a Master's degree in Social and Political Science from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain.
Paul C. Gorski is an activist and educator working on issues ranging from economic and racial justice to animal rights. In his spare time he's an Associate Professor at GMU, where he teaches in the Social Justice and Human Rights program in New Century College.
Fuad Issa serves as Medical Director of the Washington VA Community Resource and Referral Center. He was personally involved in the planning and launch of the center, and has been managing it since its inauguration in May 2012. Dr. Issa leads a research projects at Washington VA Medical Center; and at Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at The George Washington University, where he is also a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry. Dr. Issa is Board Certified in Psychiatry, a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (FAPA), a member of Society of Biological Psychiatry, and American Medical Association.
Beverly Jackson Dr. Jackson is an Early Head Start Subject Matter Expert, and Family and Community Engagement Content Liaison for the Head Start Information and Communications Center, and has conducted research and developed programming relative to the needs of very young children and families for State and Federal government entities for the past twenty years.
Dean H. Klein serves as Director of the Office to Prevent and End Homelessness in Fairfax County, Virginia since being appointed by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors in March 2009. Currently Mr. Klein oversees the new Fairfax-Falls Church Community Partnership to Prevent and End Homelessness. He was recently recognized in 2014 as a recipient of The A. Heath Onthank Award the highest honor Fairfax County bestows on its employees.
John J. "Jeff" Lisanick is a formerly homeless individual. Jeff is the current Chairman of the Consumer Advisory Council (CAC) and also a member of The Governing Board. He experienced brief homelessness in the mid-80s, endured a 20-year prison term starting in 1989, and re-experienced homelessness upon his release in 2009. He has been gainfully employed and gratefully sheltered since leaving homelessness that same year.
Marian Moser Jones is an Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland School of Public Health in College Park, MD. A social historian and ethicist, she explores the institutionalization of benevolence in the United States.
Susie Sinclair-Smith is Executive Director of the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless and serves as President of it affiliate, Coalition Homes, Inc. She was founding executive director of the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless, oversaw the William S. Abell Foundation's Strategic Initiative to End Chronic Homelessness in the District of Columbia and served as an expert consultant for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' development of Opening Doors, Federal Strategic Plan to End and Prevent Homelessness. Sinclair-Smith holds a master's degree in public administration from Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government, and a J.D. in Poverty Law and Clinical Practice from the Antioch School of Law.
William Snow has several years of experience with HUD's Continuum of Care programs. Since joining HUD, Mr. Snow has worked closely to analyze HUD's homeless data sources to learn how to make data systems more efficient and to use the data to help stakeholders understand the nature of homelessness and the efforts of providers to prevent and end homelessness. Mr. Snow works closely with HUD's policies regarding data, including the Point-in-Time Count, Housing Inventory Count, the CoC Annual Performance Report, and the system-level performance measures. Mr. Snow has desk officer responsibilities over the Los Angeles Field Office. Prior to coming to HUD, Mr. Snow worked at Abt Associates while earning his joint degree in law and public policy.
